As a primary growth engine at Terminal, you will oversee the entire post-sales technical lifecycle of enterprise accounts. In collaboration with a Strategic Account Manager and a Customer Success Manager, you will guide each customer from signing their contract to achieving production readiness across their fleets. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining technical standards and building out the foundational playbook for future engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own technical solutioning and integration design for enterprise accounts
• Define and publish the readiness checklist at kickoff




• Train the technical teams on dashboards and common issues
• Monitor sync health and act on alerts proactively
• Build and co-author foundational Customer Engineer playbook
Requirements:
• Proven track record in post-sales technical implementations
• Understanding of data engineering fundamentals
• Solid communication skills for technical topics
• Ability to manage escalations effectively
• Knowledge of telematics or related fields preferred
