As Building Service Workers, you will be responsible for essential janitorial tasks and customer service support. Key Responsibilities:
• Wash, wax, and polish various floor surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and walls
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and clean sanitary fixtures
• Collect, sort,



and dispose of rubbish and recyclables
• Answer public inquiries and ensure premises security
Requirements:
• Certification as a Building Service Worker
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence in British Columbia
• Experience with janitorial tools and techniques
• Ability to interact courteously with the public
• Capability to lift heavy objects and work self-sufficiently
