Chimo Youth Retreat Centre is actively seeking Mentors for its Solo with Supports (SWS) Program. This position can be part time or full time, aimed at guiding youth through personal goals and helping them transition to adult support systems. Your patient and understanding approach will facilitate growth and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support to youth for their goals
• Build strong relationships with youth and their families
• Encourage social skills, independence, and personal hygiene
• Report and document communications and incidents
• Connect participants with community resources for well-being
Requirements:
• Aged 21 or older and financially stable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Class 5 Alberta Driver’s Licence with insurance proof
• Explicit driver’s abstract and police checks for adults
• Access to a reliable vehicle
