Provide essential administrative support as a Temporary Administrative Assistant from August 31, 2026, to May 28, 2027. This part time role focuses on client interaction and appointment management.
Expect to play a key role in ensuring that patient services run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing the email inbox, booking appointments, and ensuring confidentiality. With excellent organizational skills, you will help maintain a welcoming setting that prioritizes client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first contact for clients, greeting and assisting them
• Handle all correspondence and appointment requests
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts
• Direct clients to appropriate services based on needs
• Organize meetings and prepare necessary documentation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma mandatory
• Preferred Medical Office Assistant or equivalent certification
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with EMR systems an asset
