and in-person interactions Assist clients with policy updates, changes, renewals, and cancellations Conduct needs-based reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities Generate new business through referrals, follow-ups, and cross-selling Support agency sales and marketing initiatives Work closely with the Agent and team to achieve business goals Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention What We''re Looking For Required Qualifications Active OTL, RIBO or LLQP Licence is an asset Must be able to obtain OTL license Previous insurance sales and customer service experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close business Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good personal credit history (required for insurance licensing sponsorship) Why Join Our Team?
