Don Quality Control work instructions and processes, (3) Training programs and associated documents for Quality Control inspection and operations.

Responsibility Inspection of materials, components and assemblies for compliance with established specifications Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality standards by providing information required for disposition Make recommendations for improvements in design, tooling or manufacture as a result of inspection Collect and compile statistical quality data Drive area improvements and enforce 5S lean methodology Support continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste, improve work environment, maintain and improve the visual factory and drive efficiencies Other duties as assigned by Manager Shift work required Academic/Educational Requirements Secondary school (high school diploma or equivalent).

Required Skills/Experience Previous QC experience in a manufacturing setting is an asset Proficiency in reading blueprints is mandatory (prior experience or education) Use of inspection tools, equipment and measurement techniques is mandatory (prior experience or education) Read,
