Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management Lead month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports Support annual budget development and financial planning initiatives Manage funding compliance, reporting requirements, and audit preparation Monitor funding allocations and support program and departmental budget management Supervise and mentor finance team members,
