The Prospect: We areseekingan experienced, hands-on Global VP of Operations to join our team in Burlington.

This executive rolewill report directly to the CEOand will lead a team of 400+team members.

This position will beresponsible for the overall performance, alignment, and continuous improvement of global operations, and willprovide oversight across all manufacturing locations globally, including support of joint venture manufacturing operations, with accountability spanning manufacturing, engineering, quality, andpurchasing.

The companys world classmanufacturing facilitiesarelocated in

Canada, China, India, Malaysia, along with 3rdparty manufacturing in Colombia, Egypt, and

Turkey.

This position is exempt from Ontario''s 2026 pay transparency requirements under Regulation 476/24.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing direction and ensuring operational strategies are aligned with overall businessobjectivesand long-term growth plans.

Drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability across global manufacturing operations byoptimizingprocesses, resource allocation, and cost structures whilemaintaininghigh-quality standards.

Lead and integrate manufacturing, engineering, quality, and purchasing functions to ensure consistency, performance, and alignment across all regions and facilities, including joint venture operations.

Establish and enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance to ensure products consistently meet customer and industry requirements.

Partner with HR onworkforce planning, talent development, and effective deployment of human and capital resources to support operationalobjectives.

Define andmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring transparency and accountability for operational results across all locations.





Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve procurement effectiveness, and enhance overall cost competitiveness.

Identifyoperational risks and implement mitigation strategies while leading change initiatives to support growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.

Ensure operational execution supports on-time delivery and product excellence, directly contributing to customer satisfaction.

Champion environmental and sustainability initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all operations.

Qualifications & Experience: The successful candidate will be a seasoned operations executive with proven experiencewithin high growth organizations,likely comingfromenvironments where driving operational effectiveness, quality and efficiency is paramount.

Consumer focused industry experience would be considered adistinctasset. 10+years experience in a complex manufacturing or packaging environments, including multisite/global operations Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines.

Ability to travel globally as required by the business Proven ability to lead operational transformation and deliver enterprise-wide results Strong global perspective with the ability to manage complexity, scale, and regionalnuance Proven trackrecord of ensuring capital projectsaredelivered on time, within budget, and aligned to expected results Deepexpertisein manufacturing operations, including purchasing, quality, and engineering Demonstrated success managing multi-site production networks and developingsite-specific operational strategiesaligned to overall business objectives Highlydata-driven leader, leveraging KPIs, analytics, and performance metrics to drive measurable improvements in operational, financial, quality,



and cycle time performance Advanced capability in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping) Proventrack recordas astrong negotiator,effectively partnering with and influencing strategic suppliers to improve performance, reduce costs, andoptimizelead times ExperienceleveragingERP systems and standardized data/metrics to drive performance, transparency, and integration across sites Experience leading or supporting acquisitions and post-merger integration, including operational alignment, systems harmonization (e.g., ERP), and rapid stabilization ofacquiredsites to achieve synergies and performance targets Proven leadership in change management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build high-performing operations talent Hands-on leadership style with the ability tooperateboth strategically and tactically Experience in entrepreneurial environments, contributing to strategic direction and key decision-making Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience developing and executing operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives A Little Bit More About Us: Hunter Amenities global headquarters is in Burlington, Ontario where we manufacture one of the richest portfolios of licensed amenity brands for our 5- and 6-star global hotels, boutique hotels, spas, cruise lines and retail clients.
