CSC is responsible for managing institutions of various security levels and supervising offenders under conditional release in the community.

Your application must clearly explain how you meet the following EDUCATION: Masters degree in nursing from a recognized university with acceptable specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.

(In order to be appointed, candidates must be registered in the province or territory where the position is being staffed.)EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five years experience as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in working in a collaborative practice within a multi-disciplinary team.

Significant* is defined as at least two (2) years experience with performing complex activities related to this task in a wide variety of situations.

Experience in program management such as needs assessment, planning organizing, coordinating and evaluation.

Experience in planning and implementing health related programs.

Experience in planning, developing and coordinating comprehensive discharge plans for individuals with complex medical problems.

Experience working with Indigenous communities.

Experience working in Emergency or Intensive care units.

Experience working in a community-based setting such as Public Health or Community Mental Health.
