Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a friendly, polished, and professional Receptionist for a 3-month contract.
As the face of the office, youll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staffplaying a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.
Contract length: 3 Months Location: Ottawa, ON Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area Monitor and manage office supply levels; place orders as needed Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules for internal use Provide general administrative support, including data entry and preparing documents What Were Looking For: Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk,
