In this role within the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team, you’ll support internal hiring efforts, ensuring smooth recruitment operations. Your duties will include managing applicant documentation, maintaining databases, and interpreting collective agreement provisions, all aimed at enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in HR management by resolving internal recruitment inquiries
• Process job postings and guide the completion of employment documentation
• Keep accurate records of vacancies and applicant statuses




• Clarify collective agreement provisions for staff and managers
• Provide administrative support for HR and labor relations documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred
• Two years of relevant HR experience in healthcare
• Advanced proficiency in office applications
• Effective communication skills and organizational acumen
• Typing speed of at least 40 w.p.m.
