In this role, you will develop and implement case management plans for clients involved in the Community Concurrent Disorders Program. You will conduct intake assessments, provide counselling, and facilitate group sessions, all while ensuring exceptional client care and advocacy. Collaborating with community organizations will also be a vital part of your job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake and treatment planning assessments
• Deliver ongoing case management and counselling services
• Respond effectively to clients in crisis situations




• Facilitate group sessions and workshops through technology

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications necessary
• Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction counselling required
• CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory
• Robust communication and clinical assessment skills needed
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and transportation required
