Reporting to the Research Operations Manager, this role focuses on overseeing participant engagement and coordinating study logistics. Your responsibilities will include managing study databases, conducting interviews, and supporting the ethical compliance of the research project. You will also contribute to grant writing and quality assurance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and run focus groups to gather data
• Conduct participant interviews for the national project
• Maintain study regulatory binders and databases
• Support with administrative tasks related to research
• Ensure compliance with research ethics and regulations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health science or similar
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Background in forensic mental health preferred
• Solid understanding of research ethics processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
