Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from initiation to successful completion
• Prepare accurate estimates and work on Xactimate
• Coordinate subcontractors, permits, and inspections
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Conduct safety assessments on job sites
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Project Management or restoration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Clean driver's abstract required
