Join Our Team as a Crematorium Operator: No Experience Required.
Are you someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to support others during challenging times?
Southwest Crematoriums Ltd operates multiple locations across Southwestern and Central Ontario. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part Time Crematorium Operator, possibly working into Full Time Crematorium Operator at our Strathroy location.
No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain cremation equipment following established procedures and safety protocols.
Ensure the dignified and respectful handling of human remains.
Keep accurate and detailed records of the cremation process and all related documentation.
Communicate effectively with funeral providers.
Maintain a clean and tidy and organized work environment
Support families throughout the cremation process.
Adhere to all workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Traits
Valid G class drivers license
Strong communicator, detail-oriented, service-focused.
Polite, professional, and works well with teams.
Compassionate, organized, and takes pride in their work.
Basic technological skills and willingness to learn.
Comfortable leading witnessing's.
