Transport Canada is hiring two Level 3 Business Transformation Architects to spearhead digital transformation. In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive user research, create high-fidelity prototypes, and ensure your designs meet accessibility guidelines. Collaborate in Agile environments to continuously improve user journeys across multiple applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect insights via user interviews and analysis
• Design UI/UX compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Produce wireframes and prototypes for development teams
• Participate in usability tests and provide evaluations
• Mentor and support junior designers within Agile teams
Requirements:
• Proven track record as a Level 3 Business Transformation Architect
• Documentation of two relevant project experiences
• Relevant post-secondary degree from a recognized institution
• Robust English communication skills
• Familiarity with Azure, RESTful APIs, and the Canada.ca Design System
