What you will do

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of print and promo solutions contracted by clients. They design and implement strategic business plans for high-value customers, prospect for current clients, manage inbound referrals, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide customers through their buying journey.

Specifically, You Will
Lead Generation & Engagement – Receive inbound referrals, engage prospects remotely, and nurture them with digital content.
Sales Conversion & Portfolio Development – Convert prospects into accounts, build a mid‑market to large customer portfolio, and apply sales techniques to meet sales and margin targets.
Client Relationship Management – Retain and expand client relationships, market current products, and resolve business continuity issues.
Sales Process Execution – Conduct virtual meetings throughout the cycle and manage quoting, sampling, proofing, and pricing.
Strategic Planning & Performance Monitoring – Create rolling plans, monitor performance against targets, and share best practices.
Project & Program Management – Oversee projects from initiation to post‑delivery satisfaction and collaborate with sales support.
Reporting & Business Development – Track sales activity,



prepare reviews, and contribute to growth plans.

What you need
In‑depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry products and services.
Experience with solutions selling, service skills, negotiation and relationship management.
Solid math aptitude and profitability analysis skills.
Data sourcing and business case modeling abilities.
Local market selling experience with pricing, competition, and supplier knowledge.
Effective remote‑work skills.
Travel within the territory when required (valid driver’s license).
