In this role, you will:
Improve organizational and operational effectiveness by connecting strategy to execution to strengthen the business to support strategic priorities.
Analyze current business practices to identify gaps, risks, and prospects to improve business outcomes.
Assist in identification of techniques and develop materials and tools to support strategic planning and execution.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying, evaluating, and implementing methods, practices and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
Facilitate workshops, delivering project updates, and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
Build solid partnership and alignment across teams by presenting actionable insights and recommendations across all levels of the organization.
Coordinate and advance project plans and initiatives to monitor progress,
provide advisory and ensure continuous improvement delivers the intended outcomes.
Required:
a four-year bachelors degree in business, Industrial engineering, or a related field (technology, policy, risk management, operations, human resources);
minimum five to eight years of relevant qualified experience;
equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
experience facilitating workshops or leading group working sessions;
experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations; and
experience supporting or leading projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you will work a hybrid schedule at Cameco's Saskatoon head office.
