We're seeking dedicated individuals who can deliver exceptional maintenance on Ontario Provincial Highways year-round. With a focus on safety and team collaboration, this role requires operating graders, loaders, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in grading and a valid AZ or DZ driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grader and heavy equipment as required
• Maintain Ontario highways year-round in all weather
• Complete general maintenance on equipment
• Travel between work sites as needed
• Be available for night shifts and on-call duties
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of grading experience
• Driver’s abstract required
• Previous snowplow truck operation experience
• Valid AZ or DZ driver's license preferred
• Highway maintenance experience an asset
