In the Early Learning & Parenting department, you will work 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, providing vital care and support to children. Your expertise in child development, along with at least two years of experience, will be essential as you deliver programming tailored to meet the individual needs of each child in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver age-appropriate programming using child development principles
• Assess children's needs and plan accordingly for their development
• Foster a protected and clean workplace for learning




• Manage behavioral issues per established guidelines
• Document relevant program and child information accurately
Requirements:
• ECE II or ECE III Certification from Manitoba Child Care Program
• Current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR Certification
• Minimum 2 years childcare experience
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and traditions
