As the Program Facilitator, you will play a vital role in developing youth programs across multiple sites. Your responsibilities include facilitating skill development, fostering relationships based on trust, and responding to crises with calmness. This role demands proactive collaboration with staff to meet the needs of the youth effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate youth skill development through curriculum and role modeling
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to support programs
• Supervise and support youth, ensuring safety and respect
• Document interactions and maintain program statistics
• Collaborate with staff to address youth needs
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Level C CPR/First Aid certification
• Education in humanities or social development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Indigenous youth
