Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the AP Manager with process enhancements
• Train AP team on SAP/NAV systems
• Process and verify vendor invoices promptly
• Liaise with teams to manage vendor inquiries
• Perform reconciliations with Head Office records
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience
• Robust knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
