As the Product Manager for Klir Connect, you will shape the future of our payment workflows for utilities. Collaborate with a small team, working directly with our incoming VP to establish what features we build first and ensure seamless user experiences. Your goal is to create a user-friendly interface for testers and haulers while closely aligning with engineering and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own product strategy and define the roadmap
• Design user workflows for report submission and payment
• Conduct customer discovery with backflow testers and haulers




• Partner with engineering on payments infrastructure
• Roll out Klir Connect to utilities effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in product management or fintech
• Robust understanding of payment gateways and processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous settings
