In this full time role, you'll report to the Manager of Community Programs and Services. Key responsibilities include developing financial education, providing one-on-one coaching, and navigating advantages for clients. Your expertise will advance The 519’s mission to reduce poverty and increase access to financial systems within diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate financial education modules
• Provide one-on-one financial coaching to clients
• Assist clients with benefits navigation and applications
• Support tax clinic operations and volunteer coordination
• Maintain accurate client records and data compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance or related field
• Knowledge of personal finance and financial systems
• Experience with CRA systems and tax preparation
• Robust communication and conflict resolution skills
