Reporting to the Director of Health & Wellness, this position requires a graduate of a Health Care Aide program, ideally with experience in community health settings. Your primary responsibilities will involve helping residents with personal care and daily living activities. Ensure to observe and report on residents' conditions while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals as required




• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Maintain a clean and protected workplace for residents
Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program
• Experience working with seniors mandated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support recommended
• Complete Vulnerable Sector Check required
