Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily team operations and workflow management
• Ensure quality standards for processes and materials
• Optimize labour, equipment, and material usage
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through checks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Previous outdoor yard workplace experience preferred
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and practices
• Experience with logistical coordination
