As a coordinator, you will facilitate inclusive programs for children aged 4–12 years. Your responsibilities include managing behavioral incidences and implementing tailored activities that support child development. You will forge connections with children, their families, and the care team to ensure a love for learning and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive support for children with special needs
• Use effective strategies to manage behaviors proactively
• Assist with activities focused on developmental milestones




• Collaborate with center staff to design impactful programs
• Nurture relationships with families and education partners
Requirements:
• Child and Youth Care or Social Service Worker Diploma
• Experience working with children experiencing delays
• Ability to communicate sensitively with diverse stakeholders
• Solid teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
