As the Senior GRC Analyst at Benevity, you will spearhead the development and operationalization of comprehensive privacy governance initiatives. Your expertise in GDPR, PIPEDA, and emerging frameworks will be vital in protecting data integrity while fostering compliance. You will work closely with Legal, Engineering, and Security teams, ensuring privacy is fully integrated within all business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain Records of Processing Activities under GDPR
• Create privacy policies and control frameworks aligned with regulations
• Manage DSAR workflows, ensuring compliance within deadlines




• Oversee Data Protection Impact Assessment processes
• Monitor and support negotiation of Data Processing Agreements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in privacy or data protection-related roles
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, CPRA, and international regulations
• Experience in implementing DSAR and DPIA processes
• Solid capabilities in GRC tools like OneTrust
