As a Health Care Aide at AgeCare, you will engage with residents by delivering personal care services, assisting with their mobility needs, and facilitating their participation in social activities. Your efforts will directly enhance their daily experiences, while adhering to proper care protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide bath, shower, and washing support for residents
• Assist residents with protected transfers and mobility aids
• Feed residents according to care plans and dietary needs
• Conduct routine care treatments as directed by staff




• Accompany residents to recreational and therapy engagements
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in continuing care preferred
• Completed PCA/HCA Certificate Course or equivalent
• Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses
• Post-secondary education is an asset
