• Resolve employee workplace issues with empathy and efficiency • Track and analyze key People metrics for informed decisions • Drive performance review cycles and career development • Manage employee records through Rippling and ensure compliance • Build initiatives for enhanced employee experience and engagement

Requirements: • 5+ years in People Operations or HRBP roles • Robust grasp of global employment law and compliance • Proficiency in using AI tools for efficiency • Effective communication and problem-solving skills • Experience with HRIS platforms like Rippling and Slack
