As part of WELL Health’s cutting-edge Clinic Transformation team, you will oversee approximately 22 Ontario clinics. Your responsibilities include executing digital health implementations, running go-lives, and coaching healthcare practitioners on effective tool usage. Your role is pivotal in ensuring clinics meet performance targets while enhancing their operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end digital transformation for ~22 Ontario clinics
• Execute go-lives for innovative clinic tools




• Serve as primary contact for clinic managers and MOAs
• Manage implementation timelines and readiness checklists
• Coach staff on digital patient engagement techniques
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in healthcare or digital health roles
• Experience with Ontario FHO or primary care clinics
• Robust relationship-building skills with healthcare providers
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
• Familiarity with EMR or digital booking tools
