Ed Seguin & Sons is hiring a Civil Construction Project Coordinator to ensure project documentation and coordination. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or at our Sturgeon Falls headquarters.
As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Project Manager, focusing on the successful completion of civil construction and surface mining projects. You’ll prepare project schedules, permits, and safety documentation, while assisting in various administrative tasks to maintain project timelines and objectives within a supportive and family-oriented company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare project forms and safety documentation daily
• Assist in meeting preparations and report reviews
• Generate project schedules and track progress




• Read and apply construction drawings for accurate execution
• Support management with admin tasks for smooth operations
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in a related field preferred
• 5 years of construction experience required; 2 in coordination
• Advanced in Microsoft Suites; AutoCAD experience a plus
• Detail-oriented with robust interpersonal skills
• Must possess a minimum G2 license
