Senior Consultant) to join our Toronto office and support business and digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on service design and experience consulting.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will help clients understand userand stakeholderneeds,analyze data,facilitateworkshops, develop strategic recommendations,and translate insights into practical, impactful solutionsand plans.

What You''ll Do Contribute to business and digital transformation engagements across public and private sector clients.

Lead or support discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, user research, and journey mapping.

Apply service design and human-centered design methodologies to solve complex business challenges.

Apply digital transformation and AI adoption methodologies to accelerate client outcomes.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and develop actionable recommendations.

Facilitateworkshopswith clientsand stakeholdersand collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Prepare high-quality client presentations and executive deliverables.

Support Sias business development activities by contributing toproposals andoffersfor the GTA market.

Qualifications What We''re Looking For 3 to 7 yearsof relevant professional experience with a minimum of 2 years for aconsulting, service, or creative agency.

Experience delivering projects that combine business& digitaltransformation with service design or experience consulting.

Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.

ExperiencewithAI, bothusing AI toolsto support consulting engagements, andadvisingand supportingclients on theselection, use, and adoptionof AIwithintheirenvironments.





Experience working with public sector organizationsis strongly preferred.

Based in the

Greater Toronto Area, with the ability to work onsite23 days per weekin downtown Toronto.

Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset.

Eligible to obtain aGovernment of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.

Nice to Have Current orprevious

Government of Canada Security Clearance(Reliability or Secret Level II).

Experience delivering consulting engagements within the Canadian public sector.
