This fully in-office position is based in Midtown Toronto and involves hands-on responsibility across corporate, partnership, and personal accounts. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion while managing day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, government filings, and year-end preparation in a multi-entity environment.Responsibilities:Enter invoices and payments into Simply Accounting; prepare cheques and online bill payments for family office entities, personal accounts, head office companies, and limited partnershipsDownload bank statements, reconcile accounts, and record all transactionsDeposit cheques for personal and corporate accountsRecord journal entries,



including year-end adjustmentsPrepare and process credit card payments for personal accountsAssist with government filings and remittances, including HST, WSIB, EHT, and income taxGather and organize backup for corporate credit cards; prepare expense allocations by category and post journal entriesDownload and maintain investment statementsPrepare year-end working paper files for family office entities, head office corporations, limited partnerships, and personal tax filesTrack inter-company expenses and assist with quarterly chargebacks, including compiling support and preparing payment requestsRecord payroll journal entries across multiple entitiesFile supporting documentation as directed (e.G., wire transfers and related records)If you are interested in learning more about this prospect, please apply now.
