If you are someone who is highly motivated and looking for career growth, we invite you to apply!We are hiring for a Full-Time Produce Department Manager position with a wage range of $45,000 - $60,000 at our location in Manning, AB.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Lead Produce Team in merchandising produce items for weekly, promotional, and seasonal displaysInventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory countsSchedule Produce Department Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are metEnsure company standards are met and department programs are followedAssist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work teamTrain, develop, and motivate Produce Department Team MembersResolve customer and Produce Department concerns and complaints,
