This role exists because growth is not optional, it is already underway.You will step into a business that isoperationally stable today, butstrategically underbuilt, giving you the rare opportunity to help shape how it scales over the next several years.This is a full-time, in-office position based inMississauga, Ontario (some inter-facility travel required) .Compensation range:$130,000 to $150,000 base salary, plus approximately 8% + $600 monthly car allowance.What You’ll Do You will lead Ontario operations with a clear mandate:execute growth while improving how the network functions .This is a role for someone who can operate without a playbook. Many processes are still evolving, and success will come from your ability to make decisions, take action, and bring structure where needed while maintaining close contact with leadership team based in Québec.You will balanceday-to-day operational oversight with forward-looking execution, ensuring the business can scale while continuing to perform.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of Ontario operations including sorting facilities, depots, and delivery networkExecute expansion strategy focused on network redesign, cost efficiency,



and operational scalabilityOwn regional P&L, including cost control, budgeting, and performance managementManage relationships with approximately 15 external delivery partners and handle complex negotiationsLead and support a team of supervisors while ensuring consistency across shifts and operationsDrive key operational KPIs including delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service reliabilitySupport onboarding of new clients and ensure operations can absorb increased volumeWork closely with finance and leadership to implement strategic initiatives already definedIdentify inefficiencies and take action to improve performance, even without formal processesLead change within a long-tenured team that may be resistant to new ways of workingQualificationsFully bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal communication required for internal collaborationProven leadership experience in transportation or delivery operations, not limited to third-party brokerage environmentsStrong experience managing P&L, driving growth,
