Job Description The Housekeeping Supervisor role at Fairmont is pivotal in ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Youll lead your team in maintaining high presentation standards, safety, and operational excellencefully aligned with Fairmonts luxury brand expectations.
Start Date: September 2026 Position Type: Permanent Pay Rate: $27.68 Job Duties Include: Lead, supervise, and support all areas of the Housekeeping Department including Room Attendants, Housepersons, Turndown Attendants, and Public Area Attendants.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities meet Fairmonts luxury cleanliness standards.
Respond to guest feedback andresolve service issues promptly.
Train, coach and inspire theteam; providing regular performance feedback Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings Maintain effective communication across departments (e.g., Front Office, Engineering) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications Previoushousekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Opera or similar property management systems is an asset.
Physically capable of standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, and able to lift moderate weights as needed You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
