Your New Role In this role, you will be based at a retail mall in North Vancouver.
You, along with the rest of the building operations team, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this property.
Youll be responsible for ensuring building systems run smoothly, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
Working closely with the property management team, youll help maintain a high standard offort, safety, and efficiency for tenants and visitors.
The Building Operator will be working independently and as a part of a team to maintain the building and respond to tenant requests in an effective and professional manner.
What youll need to succeed 2+ years experience inmercial or retail building operations.
Working towards your 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate is an asset.
Yardi experience is an asset. BCDL Class 5 &the; ability to provide a clean drivers abstract.
Knowledge of & experience with building systems including HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing.
On call availability.
