Minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership roles.

Demonstrated experience working within a Transit Agency is essential.

Proven experience on projects within the Public Sector, understanding the unique stakeholder landscape, procurement processes, and regulatory environments.

Solid understanding and experience with Bus Operations, including but not limited to, dispatch, scheduling, fleet management, maintenance systems, and real-time information systems.

Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.G., Jira, Azure Dev





Ops, Confluence).

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable components.

Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to facilitate productive meetings, drive consensus, and influence outcomes.

Experience with requirements management tools and techniques.
