In this casual role, you will collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality services to residents. Utilizing your knowledge and skill set, you'll perform basic care duties, observe resident conditions, and report observations timely to nursing staff. Your contributions will help foster a holistic Nursing Care Plan while assisting residents with mobility and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide resident-focused care within your scope of practice
• Observe and report changes in resident status promptly
• Contribute to the Nursing Care Plan with relevant information
• Assist residents with mobility and community activities
• Identify and report any unsafe activities
Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
