This role is vital for the Supportive Housing team, where you'll assess client needs, create activities, and collaborate with partners. You’ll plan engaging workshops, supervise volunteers, and monitor participants to ensure high-quality programming. Your experience will contribute directly to enhancing the lives of residents facing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize onsite activities with staff and partners
• Conduct interest assessments for tenant programming
• Assess and develop engaging program spaces




• Facilitate healthy living and fun workshops
• Create and implement feedback surveys for programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Social Service Worker with 5+ years’ experience
• Experience in creating and facilitating programming
• Background working with seniors and individuals with mental health issues
• Solid assessment and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
