S.U.C.C.E.S.S. seeks a dedicated individual to assist with the administration and operation of its housing services. You will engage with tenants, handle maintenance records, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant applications, selections, and agreements
• Process rent payments and maintain accurate records
• Support administrative functions for housing services
• Prepare maintenance and financial reports
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education background
• Minimum three years of office experience
• Knowledge of tenant relations and housing regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and other software
• Adaptable schedule including potential evenings and weekends
