Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent guest services and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Practice effective time management to balance multiple tables and responsibilities during busy hours

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and cash handling tasks
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is beneficial but not mandatory
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
