Compensation: $75.00–$77.00 per hour + Signing Bonus & Retention Bonus (details discussed during the interview process)

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to work with one of our valued pharmacy partners located 1 hour from Bonnyville, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications.




- Provide professional medication counseling and patient education.
- Deliver exceptional patient care through medication management and clinical services.
- Conduct medication reviews and support improved patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Administer injections and vaccinations as authorized.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation.
- Manage inventory, controlled substances, and regulatory requirements.
- Support efficient pharmacy workflow while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Previous community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Injection certification is considered an asset.
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
