About Champs Grill

Champs Grill is a fast-paced restaurant operating inside a busy multi-sport facility serving athletes, families, and tournament traffic throughout the week.

We are building a kitchen team focused on consistency, organization, teamwork, and quality.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a busy setting, and wants to help build a strong operation.

What You'll Do

- Operate industrial dishwasher and wash pots, pans, glassware, and utensils.
- Organize and restock clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools.
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to chef recipes.
- Label, date, and rotate, inventory using first-in, first out (FIFO) standards.
- Proactively assist chefs and line cooks with any tasks during busy service rushes.
- Unload food deliveries and organize walk-in fridges and dry storage.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling.
- Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
- Food Safe certification required or willingness to obtain
- Experience in fast-paced kitchens considered an asset

- Evening availability required
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work during tournaments and peak periods required
