Kidco Construction is looking for a skilled and dependable Rubber Tire Backhoe Operator to join our Foundation Excavation division for the 2026 season.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Has experience in backfilling, compacting, loading trucks, digging trenches, etc.
- Is able to read site drawings and plans.
- Is willing to perform a variety of tasks, including using a rubber tire backhoe for various purposes, using a laser to shoot grade, setting up and taking down temporary fencing, and directing tandem traffic to efficiently remove excess materials.
- Is capable of physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, lifting, etc.
- Works well in a team setting and is a team player.
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

What We Offer You:

- Competitive hourly wage: Reflective of skill and experience.
- Overtime pay: After 8 hours each day and after 44 hours per week.
- Vacation/Holiday pay: Paid on each cheque at a rate of 9.6%.
