Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant - #5151

Our client, an expanding law firm located in the heart of downtown Vancouver is actively seeking a Commercial Litigation LAA. As the successful applicant, you will be an integral part of a of a busy commercial litigation practice. This firm is highly regarded and well established and can therefore offer all the perks, including a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits plan, and hybrid work schedule.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

- Organize, edit and manage legal documents
- Book trials, mediations and applications
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events
- Assist with client billing, time entry and file openings
- Administrative support

The ideal candidate will have:





- At least 3 years’ experience as a LAA, some experience with commercial litigation is required.
- A completed LAA diploma or certification from an accredited institution
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Strong technical and management skills
- Excellent computer skills

Salary: $65,000 – $78,000 per year dependent on experience.
