Do you love to bake from scratch? We are seeking a passionate, experienced Baker to join our team. Be proud of the products you create, develop recent recipes, regular customers will thank you in person.
Experience is preferred, and only early risers need apply, as shifts start as early as 4am.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including scones, muffins, cookies and pastries.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as necessary to ensure consistency and quality.
- Bake items with attention to detail and creativity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the kitchen environment.
- Experience in food preparation techniques relevant to baking.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
- A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly valued.
