Sales Coordinator – Regional Janitorial Services | Hamilton/Niagara, ON

We're not looking for someone to answer emails and file things.

Regional Janitorial Services is a commercial cleaning company based in Hamilton/Niagara/GTA with 70 people on our team and we're on a deliberate path to double the business in the next 12 months.To get there, we need someone who can make sure our sales engine doesn't leak. That's this role.
What You'll Actually Do

- Own our sales pipeline in the CRM — every lead, every stage, every follow-up
- Track outstanding proposals and chase them down before they go cold
- Book site visits and coordinate the owner's sales calendar
- Send proposal emails using established templates with accuracy and speed
- Flag anything that's falling through the cracks before it does
- Support the owner with outreach, follow-up sequences, and deal progression

This is not a passive admin role. You'll be touching live deals every day.

Who We're Looking For
You're organized to the point where it's almost a personality trait. You hate loose ends. You're comfortable in Google Suite, you've used a CRM (or you pick up software quick), and you communicate clearly in writing without being prompted twice.
More importantly — you want to grow.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days

- Day 30: You know the pipeline inside and out. Every active lead is documented, staged, and has a next action assigned.
- Day 60: Zero proposals are sitting without a follow-up. Site visits are being booked proactively. The owner is spending less time chasing admin and more time closing.
- Day 90: You're flagging pipeline gaps before being asked. You've contributed ideas on how to tighten the process. Leadership sees you as someone who runs things, not just supports them.
