Recruit and schedule studio staff to ensure optimal coverage at all times.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the studio operates seamlessly by overseeing daily activities and addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in membership sales within the fitness or wellness industry, with a proven track record in business development.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and managing employees.

Integrity: Trustworthy with a strong ability to handle confidential information.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.

Passion: Deep enthusiasm for fitness, sales, marketing,
